BAIAC enters into MoU with BICAM (Borneo International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation)

On July 19, 2023, BAIAC and BICAM signed a collaboration memorandum of understanding in Kota Kinabalu to advance the growth of arbitration and ADR throughout Southeast Asia and beyond.

Thereafter, on 20 July 2023, BAIAC’s President spoke at BICAM’s pre-launch seminar, which was well-attended by practitioners and jurists from Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and China.

The BICAM inauguration was a noteworthy occasion that featured a great deal of camaraderie, amicable banter, and thoughtful discussion among prominent regional arbitration practitioners.
