BAIAC adopts a simple governance and operational structure in its mission to promote arbitration and dispute resolution that is accessible and practical for users, particularly those unfamiliar with arbitration. The BAIAC Secretariat functions as the management body of the Centre, headed by the President and Executive Director. The BAIAC Committee comprises practitioners and professionals whose primary function is to support the Secretariat and to be consulted on procedural matters, such as the appointment of arbitrators and case-related issues. The Senior Advisors constitute the apex panel of practitioners, consulted on matters relating to strategy and development. We strongly encourage a barrier-free approach, promoting cooperation, collaboration, and engagement with the community. BAIAC is open to communication and actively engages with stakeholders, users, professionals, and others.
