Roger Ni Fuhua 倪富华

Roger Ni Fuhua (倪富华) is the Founding and Managing Partner of Shanghai Zhenchen Law Firm, where he leads a practice focused on international trade and commercial disputes. He holds Master of Laws degrees from both Emory University School of Law and East China Normal University, with expertise that includes extensive research and the practical application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). He serves as an arbitrator handling complex commercial disputes, conducting proceedings in both English and Chinese. Roger is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), Prime Dispute Arbitration and Mediation Institute, the Arbitrators' and Mediators' Institute of New Zealand Inc., and the International Mediation Campus. He is also a Founding Member of California Arbitration (CalArb). In addition, Roger is a Registered Foreign Lawyer at the Singapore International Commercial Court, the Dubai International Financial Centre, and the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) Court.
