Janice Lee

As international arbitration counsel, Janice represents clients in their cross-border disputes involving, among others, M&A, construction and energy. She is well-versed in SIAC, HKIAC and ICC arbitrations and specialises in complex, high-value disputes across multiple jurisdictions. Janice is currently a member of the International Arbitration team of Eversheds in Singapore. Previously, she worked with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) where, among others, she was responsible for the administration and management of arbitrations conducted under the SIAC Rules and the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.

Having also practised for several years in the Philippines, Janice has extensive experience in dealing with Southeast Asian clients with respect to their business disputes and regulatory needs. She has represented multinational clients in complex commercial and public interest disputes, and has acted in an advisory capacity to the Philippine government on the conduct of anti-corruption investigations.

Janice received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines. She subsequently obtained her LL.M. degree in Public International Law from Queen Mary University of London. She is qualified in the Philippines, England & Wales, and New York.
