Anil, a Mediator with Singapore Mediation Centre(SMC), Singapore Family Justice Court (FJC), Asia International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), and the International Dispute Resolution Risk Management Institute (IDRRMI); an Adjudicator with AIAC and a Arbitrator (Fellows of the Chartered, Singapore and Philippines Institutes of Arbitrators and Asian Institute of ADR (AiADR) – is an Advocate & Solicitor, Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public of Singapore. He is also an Adjudicator and, Malaysia; Solicitor of England and Wales (2009); qualified as Barrister Middle Temple of England & Wales (1993). Anil is also trained in International Treaty Arbitration at the AIAC and holds a Master of Science in Construction Law & Arbitration, Kings College London (KCL) & National University of Singapore (NUS), 2006.

Conversant in Mandarin, Malay, Malayalam and Tamil besides English, Anil and his Chambers representing parties in the region, focuses on Appropriate Dispute Resolution involving Infrastructure, Building, and Construction work and most aspects of Commercial, Civil, Criminal and Corporate Front End Advisory services.
Anil also practiced with the international arbitration practice group of an international law firm Lovells Lee & Lee (2008 – 9) and in house as General Counsel and Director of Davis Langdon & Seah (Arcadis Group)’s Contract Advisory and Dispute Management division (2006 – 8).
