Kevin has a broad-based disputes practice focused on international arbitration and commercial litigation. He is a Partner, Dispute Resolution at Rajah & Tann Singapore. Kevin has acted in a wide variety of disputes including oil and gas, shipping, investor against state, employment and fraud. Prior to entering private practice, Kevin served as a Justices’ Law Clerk and Assistant Registrar of the Supreme Court of Singapore. Kevin publishes widely in the field of international dispute resolution and has most recently been featured in Singapore Business Review’s 2020 list of most influential lawyers aged 40
